New Hope Welcomes New Faces to On-Campus Leadership Team

February 7, 2024

Over the past several months, New Hope has welcomed new faces to it’s on-campus residential leadership team. Joining the team as an ICF (Intermediate Care Facility) Supervisor in Daisy Lane is Corey Fennell, Brian Platt has been named ICF Supervisor in the Evergreen home, and Calli Wareham is the ICF Supervisor in Prairie Rose. Each of these new team members brings experience and education with them that will assist them as they support New Hope’s mission of enriching the lives of those they serve.

Corey Fennel

Daisy Lane ICF Supervisor

After separating from the Air Force in 2023, Corey returned to Carroll and New Hope. Corey had previously worked for New Hope in high school and college. Upon returning, Corey even recognized a few familiar faces among the individuals New Hope serves, which he says has made the transition back really easy. He also notes that the changes and improvements over the years have been exciting to experience.

Corey is the ICF Supervisor in the Daisy Lane home and can be reached by calling (712) 792-5500, ext. 258.

Calli Wareham

Prairie Rose ICF Supervisor

Now supervising Prairie Rose, Calli recently graduated from Bellevue University with a bachelors degree in healthcare management. Calli comes to New Hope with approximately six years of previous experience in clinical, medical and residential care facilities, including as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in a variety of organizations. When joining New Hope, Calli was looking for an opportunity to broaden her area of expertise in healthcare and apply the skills she’d learned through experience and
education.

Calli is the ICF Supervisor in the Prairie Rose home and can be reached by calling (712) 792-5500, ext. 264.

Brian Platt

Evergreen ICF Supervisor

Having been with New Hope for 14 years, Brian Platt is a familiar face to many. Brian holds a degree in human services and during his tenure at New Hope has held a variety of positions including DSP and Workforce Coordinator, among others. Brian practically grew up at New Hope, watching and learning from his mother, a 30+ year New Hope employee. Brian notes he’s learned and grown so much over the years and he looks forward to continuing to grow while bringing positivity and success to the On-Campus Residential Department.

Brian is the ICF Supervisor in the Evergreen home and can be reached by
calling (712) 792-5500, ext. 252.
