New Hope’s executive team has decades of experience, professionally and personally, of enriching the lives of those around them. This talented, experienced team provides day-to-day direction for New Hope operations and services ensuring the organization never strays from it’s mission.
The executive team represents the various services New Hope provides to the individuals within the organization, working together, in unison, to ensure the services provided are meeting the needs of those New Hope serves while also living up to the organization’s mission. Making sure this commitment is met is no small task. Behind the scenes, this management team carefully considers the organization’s budget, workforce limitations and abilities, as well as long-term strategic goals. Always examining the larger picture, the executive team looks to continue moving New Hope forward, in alignment with the mission, for the benefit of those it serves.
Jennifer joined the New Hope team in November 2023, bringing with her over 20 years of experience directing a variety of disability and human services agencies in data-driven quality improvement with an emphasis on fostering a culture of excellence, diversity, and collaboration.
Jennifer is well-versed in quality improvement, performance management and coaching, strategic planning, budgeting, operations, compliance, fundraising, community engagement, person-first patient advocacy, and more. She holds a bachelor’s degree in sociology from the University of Utah and a Master of Business Administration focused on healthcare administration from Western Governors University.
Lacie, who holds a Psychology degree from Iowa State University, became a part of the New Hope team in 2004. Presently, she holds the position of Chief Compliance and Quality Officer. In her earlier roles at New Hope, she applied her knowledge and expertise as a Behavior Specialist, Training Specialist, and Quality Assurance Specialist. Lacie finds great satisfaction in her current role, particularly in nurturing talent and supporting individuals in their professional development.
Lacie excels in grasping regulatory compliance, crisis management, problem-solving, decision-making, change management, people management, coaching, and active listening.
Having over ten years of accounting experience, Danielle became a part of the New Hope team over six years ago. Initially hired as the Accounting Manager, she was later promoted to Controller and then Chief Financial Officer. In her current position, she supervises all financial activities, along with managing IT and maintenance for the organization.
After completing her studies in Accounting and Human Resource Management at Buena Vista University, Danielle has developed robust analytical skills, decision-making abilities, financial expertise, critical thinking, strategic thinking, and adaptability.
With more than 35 years of experience at New Hope, Kim has had the opportunity to positively affect nearly every facet of the organization during her career.
As the Chief Program Officer, Kim supervises the campus and community residential living programs, along with the Connections program (day habilitation) and New Hope’s employment resource services. Kim excels in leadership areas such as decision-making, planning, implementation, team management, mentoring, and flexibility. She has a degree and certifications in Supervision and Management.
With a degree in Marketing from Iowa State University, and a deep-rooted Carroll resident, Stacey has extensive fundraising, volunteer, and advertising experience. Her background spans organizational communications, social media and event management, and promotional writing. Through the years, she built strong relationships with people and businesses all throughout the Carroll County area.
As Chief of Public Relations at New Hope, Stacey joined New Hope in 2024 and oversees the development, marketing, and retail operations departments.
