In November, the board of directors of New Hope announced Jennifer Quigley had accepted the role of Chief Executive Officer at New Hope, and would begin her new role on November 27.
She brings over 20 years of experience directing a variety of disability and human services agencies in data-driven quality improvement with an emphasis on fostering a culture of excellence, diversity, and collaboration.
“Jennifer brings a new level of quality leadership to New Hope and ensures that our excellent and growing team can continue to thrive and care for our patients,” said Josie Bengford, president of the New Hope board of directors. “In addition to the general requirements of the role, we prioritized finding a candidate with skills and a service mindset. Jennifer’s impressive resume, innate values, and personal story make her the ideal person for this role.”
Quigley’s resume shows a progressive path of responsibility and leadership, starting with her first work experiences as a direct support professional. Most recently, she was the executive director of Liberty Healthcare Corporation in Lincoln, Nebraska, where she led a multimillion-dollar contract with the Nebraska Department of Health and Human Services.
Quigley is well-versed in quality improvement, performance management and coaching, strategic planning, budgeting, operations, compliance, fundraising, community engagement, person-first patient advocacy, and more. She holds a bachelor’s degree in sociology from the University of Utah and a Master of Business Administration focused on healthcare administration from Western Governors University.
“New Hope’s commitment to supporting a high quality of life for people with disabilities greatly aligns with my passions, which include celebrating everyone’s uniqueness,” Quigley said. “As a parent of an extraordinary young man with autism, I know firsthand how imperative New Hope’s services are to patients, families, and the community. I look forward to working collaboratively to ensure the people we serve have a future filled with promise and great achievement while providing a safe, welcoming, and fulfilling work environment for current and future employees.”
Jennifer has been married to her husband, Earl Jr., for over 17 years. They have three children, Addison (14), Earl III (10) and Ian (8), and two pets. As a family, they love spending time outdoors kayaking, fishing, hiking and enjoying other adventures, as well as traveling. They have enjoyed the past two months in Carroll, participating in Tiger Basketball, going to movies, and getting to know so many wonderful people.
