New Hope is pleased to announce the appointments of Kasey Greteman as Chief of Clinical and ICF Services and Andrea Beam as Chief of HCBS Services, strengthening the organization’s leadership team as it continues its commitment to providing high-quality, person-centered services for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

The appointments reflect New Hope’s continued focus on building strong leadership, enhancing quality services, supporting employees, and positioning the organization for long-term success.

“Kasey and Andrea each bring unique strengths, valuable experience, and a deep commitment to serving others,” said Lacie Tedrow, Interim CEO of New Hope. “Together, they will help lead our clinical and community-based services while supporting our mission of enriching lives. We are excited to have them as part of New Hope’s leadership team.”

Kasey Greteman Promoted to Chief of Clinical and ICF Services

After joining New Hope earlier this year as the organization’s Qualified Intellectual Disabilities Professional (QIDP), Kasey Greteman has been promoted to Chief of Clinical and ICF Services. During her time at New Hope, Kasey has demonstrated exceptional clinical leadership, operational expertise, and a strong commitment to person-centered care.

In her new role, Greteman will oversee New Hope’s nursing department and Intermediate Care Facility (ICF) services, providing leadership in quality improvement, regulatory compliance, and interdisciplinary collaboration. Her promotion reflects the confidence New Hope has in her ability to guide the organization in strengthening clinical services and supporting excellent outcomes for the individuals served.

Andrea Beam Promoted to Chief of HCBS Services

Beam has served New Hope for the past 11 years in a variety of leadership roles, developing a strong understanding of the organization’s mission, employees, and the people it supports.

As Chief of HCBS Services, she will provide strategic leadership for New Hope’s Home and Community-Based Services (HCBS) programs, overseeing community living and support services while focusing on workforce development, employee recruitment and retention, and continued program growth.

Her experience and dedication position her to continue expanding quality services that promote independence, inclusion, and meaningful lives for the individuals served by New Hope.

These appointments are part of New Hope’s ongoing organizational efforts to strengthen leadership and ensure the highest level of care and support for individuals and families across west-central Iowa.
