RFP Title: Dietitian-Approved Meal Services for Intermediate Care Facility
RFP Issued By: New Hope Village
Subject: Clarification Regarding Pureed Meals
This addendum serves to clarify the expectations outlined in the original RFP document regarding therapeutic diets.
While the RFP specifies that vendors must be able to provide therapeutic diets—including diabetic, low-sodium, and pureed options—as needed, it is not required that meals arrive in pureed form. Vendors should prepare and deliver meals in standard form.
All other terms and conditions of the RFP remain unchanged.
