Church Route Drivers

Church Route Driver - part-time working every other weekend.   Saturday hours are 3 to 6 p.m. and Sunday hours are 8 a.m. - noon.   Must be willing to obtain a CDL, class C with a passenger endorsement, comply with the FTA drug and Alcohol policy, have a good driving record to be insurable through NH and Region 12.  Would be accompanying clients to church services ensuring appropriate behavior and providing assistance as needed.   $13.82/hour

 

Substitute Route Driver.   Must be willing to obtain a CDL, class C with a passenger endorsement, comply with the FTA drug and alcohol policy, have a good driving record and insurable through NH and Region 12.  Would be transporting clients to different work areas in the community, taking nurses to Dr. appointments, dental appointments.

 

 

Client Support Staff

 

Client Support Staff (CSS) provide assistance to adults with disabilities in either a campus or community-based setting. CSS provide assistance with daily activities such as personal care, community outings, leisure activities, meals, laundry, and cleaning. CSS are also responsible for data collection and documentation. In addition, CSS in our community homes administer medications. No prior experience is required; we provide paid classroom instruction and on the job training with an assigned mentor to help assure a successful career with New Hope.

Scheduling Options:

New Hope offers many scheduling options to help meet the needs of persons served and employees. In our community homes we offer longer shifts but fewer days which work well for commuters. Our community homes are located in Carroll, Glidden, and Manning. Our campus homes are located in Carroll and offer more traditional shifts for those looking for a more traditional schedule.

Summary of Qualifications:

  • Ability to read, write, and perform simple arithmetic calculations
  • Campus home staff must be 16 years of age or older
  • Community home staff must be 18 years of age or older, have a valid driver's license, a safe driving record, and be insurable under our agency's auto insurance, and also the ability to successfully complete the Medication Manager course after hire

Director of Nursing

Position provides the coordination and direction of all health services that are necessary for the treatment and care of individuals served by New Hope.  This includes all nursing, therapies, consultants and certified medication aides.  Additional responsibilities will include the supervision and management of health services leadership staff, infection control, performance measurement, management and improvement, as well as ensuring licensure, compliance and risk management requirements are met.

This position will also serve as the ICF/ID Administrator and provide direction as needed in matters pertaining to ICF/ID licensure.

Requirements:  Registered Nurse with 4 years practice as a nurse with 1-2 years of supervisory experience and progressively responisble leadership that clearly demonstrates clinical teaching and management abilities.  At lease 1 year of experience in an ICF/ID setting.

The preferred candidate will also hold a bachelor's degree in nursing and have 2-5 years of experience working as an RN with persons with intellectual disabilities.

Must demonstrate exceptional leadership in organization, communication, computer skills and problem-solving abilities, as well as possess a strong level of personal integrity.

Pricing Associate at the New Hope Bargain Shoppe

Full-time position in the Carroll Bargain Shoppe

The Pricing Associate is a key role at the Carroll Bargain Shoppe, making sure items are properly sorted and priced before making their way to the sales floor.  This position will be active in maintaining the merchandise rotation system, monitoring the inventory needs of the sales floor and assisting in quality control.  The individual who fills this role should be organized and have good communication skills.

This individual must be easily able to recognize quality name brands, be knowledgeable of current trends and pricing.  Must also be able to lift and the knowledge to recognize and move heavy items without lifting or by asking others for assistance.

RN - Nurse Coordinator

 
 
Nurse Coordinator - Full-Time (RN)
  • Deliver health services to individuals with disabilities based on clients' individual health needs
  • Complete health assessments and monitoring health needs
  • Administer medication-schedule and take clients to medical appointments
  • Includes every 4th weekend and on-call rotation

Qualifications:

Must be an RN with 1-3 years experience in acute health care or 1 year of related job experience in a similar facility.  1-2 years of supervisory experience preferred.

We also provide nursing oversight services to the Community and Vocational programs. Our nursing team consists of the director, supervisors, Registered Nurses, Licensed Practical Nurses, and Certified Medication Aides. Currently have full and part-time positions available at the Bargain Shoppe in Carroll.

Be part of an exciting retail environment by joining the New Hope Bargain Shoppe team as a Sales Associate.  In this capacity, you will be an active part of the sales floor, setting up displays, ensuring the sales floor is kept neat, assisting customers, rotating merchandise and various other store operations.  Good customer service and communication skils are kep to being successful in this position.
