Campus Residential Supervisor

Responsible for planning, organizing, directing, controlling and coordinating the human and material resources of assigned residential home(s); coordinating the program and activities of the residential home(s) with the other programs and activities of the agency.   Developing, implementing, and evaluating the program within the Residential Services Department.

Will supervise Client Support Staff and the Leisure Assistant assigned to their specific residential home(s), and other support staff in Campus homes through on-call responsibilities.

Require:  Associate in related field such as human services, developmental disabilities, business administration, personnel supervision, or equivalent in years of experience in related field; One year of previous experience in intellectual disabilities, developmental disabilities, or health care setting, and/or previous experience in human resource management.

Church Route Drivers

Church Route Driver - part-time working every other weekend.   Saturday hours are 3 to 6 p.m. and Sunday hours are 8 a.m. - noon.   Must be willing to obtain a CDL, class C with a passenger endorsement, comply with the FTA drug and Alcohol policy, have a good driving record to be insurable through NH and Region 12.  Would be accompanying clients to church services ensuring appropriate behavior and providing assistance as needed.   $13.82/hour

 

Substitute Route Driver.   Must be willing to obtain a CDL, class C with a passenger endorsement, comply with the FTA drug and alcohol policy, have a good driving record and insurable through NH and Region 12.  Would be transporting clients to different work areas in the community, taking nurses to Dr. appointments, dental appointments.

 

 

Client Support Staff

 

Client Support Staff (CSS) provide assistance to adults with disabilities in either a campus or community-based setting. CSS provide assistance with daily activities such as personal care, community outings, leisure activities, meals, laundry, and cleaning. CSS are also responsible for data collection and documentation. In addition, CSS in our community homes administer medications. No prior experience is required; we provide paid classroom instruction and on the job training with an assigned mentor to help assure a successful career with New Hope.

Scheduling Options:

New Hope offers many scheduling options to help meet the needs of persons served and employees. In our community homes we offer longer shifts but fewer days which work well for commuters. Our community homes are located in Carroll, Glidden, and Manning. Our campus homes are located in Carroll and offer more traditional shifts for those looking for a more traditional schedule.

Summary of Qualifications:

  • Ability to read, write, and perform simple arithmetic calculations
  • Campus home staff must be 16 years of age or older
  • Community home staff must be 18 years of age or older, have a valid driver's license, a safe driving record, and be insurable under our agency's auto insurance, and also the ability to successfully complete the Medication Manager course after hire

Client Support Staff positions are available in Full Time, Part Time, Weekend Package (time and a half pay), as well as Temporary Summer, and Flex Positions.

RN - Nurse Coordinator

 
 
Nurse Coordinator - Full-Time (RN)
  • Deliver health services to individuals with disabilities based on clients' individual health needs
  • Complete health assessments and monitoring health needs
  • Administer medication-schedule and take clients to medical appointments
  • Includes every 4th weekend and on-call rotation

Qualifications:

Must be an RN with 1-3 years experience in acute health care or 1 year of related job experience in a similar facility.  1-2 years of supervisory experience preferred.

 
 
New Hope provides 24 hour nursing services to the Campus Residential New Hope provides 24 hour nursing services to the Campus Residential program for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities. We also provide nursing oversight services to the Community and Vocational programs. Our nursing team consists of the director, supervisors, Registered Nurses, Licensed Practical Nurses, and Certified Medication Aides. Staffing Coordinator

Let your organizational and supervisory skills shine!  If you would enjoy working with people and working out scheduling solutions that would benefit both employees and New Hope, this is the career for you!   This position will maintain master schedules and will become knowledgeable in the scheduling system utilized by our agency.  This position supervises a small caseload of client support staff and will work 40 ours per week from 7:30-4:30 p.m., Mon-Fri which will include 8 flexible weekend hours per month.

If you have excellent communication and coordination skills, good working knowledge of computer usage including Excel, can motivate, direct and manage staff, this is a position you would enjoy!

Prior scheduling experience would be a plus!
